| 2008 U.S. Olympic Medalist Raj Bhavsar will be hosting a beginners gymnastics class this summer at Houston Gymnastics Academy. This class is for anyone interested in learning basic fundamentals of gymnastics and some advanced skills for those who are ready. Many adults have be...en taking this class for years and have experienced the benefit of exercising body and mind together in adrenaline pumping class! No previous experience of gymnastics is necessary so please bring your courage and open mind, and be ready to surprise yourself!

Some of the things you will learn:
Handstands, Rolls, Cartwheels, Backflips, Twisting mechanincs, Balance, trampoline into pit, Bar swings, Unique strength and conditioning excercises, and more!!!
You will even see cool demonstrations from Raj.

Men: Work out pants or athletic shorts, tshirt
Women: shorts or pants, spandex is fine. athletic top or tshirt. hair tied back, no jewelery.
***NO SHOES DURING CLASS. SOCKS OR BAREFOOT IS FINE.
